Returns & Exchanges
Because everyone of our products is made to order we cannot accept returns at this time. Every piece of hardware is brushed and/or anodized at the same time to ensure each piece of your order matches as closely as possible. We do not stock any completed or ready to ship pieces so each piece of your order is finished, wrapped and packaged together at the same time.
If an item is damaged during transit you must send us detailed photos of the outside of the box, packing material, and detailed photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery so we can file the necessary claims form with our carrier. Hardware must be unopened and must still be in the clear sleeves. Light fixtures cannot be returned or exchanged once installed. Claims may take up to (14) business days to complete. Buyer must keep all packing material till the claim is finalized. Buyer must keep all packing material till the claim is resolved so we can coordinate a return shipment of the damaged items.
